Modern cottage with three bedrooms and great location in many ways. The cabin was newly built in 2020, has brand new furniture, interiors and equipment. PS wood-burning stove in living room is out of use. On the terrace there is a hot water hot tub ready to be enjoyed 24/7 all year round! The cottage is located in the small village of Spjutvik 23 kilometers from Sortland. This is an idyllic and quiet place, yet it is a short distance to the small town of Sortland where you will find most of the facilities a city should have.

The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a short but nice stay in Renate's cabin. We received clear instructions and were able to check in ourselves at a time that suited us. The surroundings and the cottage are super beautiful! Although it was described that there was no running water, we had not realized that there was a special toilet with a waste bag that you have to dispose of yourself, this will not be experienced as pleasant by everyone. Unfortunately, the promised canoe was broken, so we couldn't use it ☹️ That was the only disappointment, otherwise it was great!

We very much enjoyed having Raymond’s place as a base for exploring the Lofotens. It was well located for popping into Henningsvær for meals and into Svolvær for groceries, and put most hikes within easy enough reach. The home is striking, and our group of 7 found we generally had enough space. We loved hot tubbing under the midnight sun. Excited to return!

We are delighted with the home, area and landlord. Was there for 6 days and had everything we needed. Perfect for us. Short way to the city centre. Nice and quiet residential area. Bright and pleasant home, with all the equipment. Landlord who responded pleasantly and quickly to questions. Recommended. Would love to come again!

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

Great house at a very nice place. The house has everything you need and is very spacious. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a central place at Vesteralen.

Charming little house in a good location for visiting the Vesteralen. Very good communication with our hosts. Overall we had a nice stay. Quick note: the road is very busy.

A modern kitchen is presented with dark cabinetry and a light backsplash. Neutral-toned flooring complements the design. An overhead light fixture and several countertop appliances enhance the space. A window with blue curtains allows natural light to brighten the area.
