Vacation rentals with a patio in Strafford

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This apartment served for a pleasant stay! I reserved the stay for four adults and it was exactly what we needed. The amenities made it easy to feel at home and the walkable surroundings felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were also nice and responsive which is very reassuring as a guest.

The loft was as nice as the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need. From towels to makeup wipes & tooth brushes. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location. Walk right out to shops, restaurants and the harbor. Very safe area. I would highly recommend if going to Newburyport.

We loved staying here! It was extremely clean and close to Wells, Kennebunk, & Kennebunkport. I appreciated Rachel’s quick responses to my questions that I had too! I hope to return again in the future the next time I am in ME.

Very helpful when needed help around the house. Some places of the house has guidance on how to use specific things. Very good and quiet location, definitely would come back

My friends & I stayed at Cindy’s place for a wedding weekend. It was a beautiful lake house & perfectly accommodated us. We enjoyed the spacious living room & game room & cooked breakfasts in the kitchen. Cindy was quick to reply with any issues & even helped bring an item of clothing that was left to us! We all agreed that we’d come back again during warmer months to get use out of the kayaks & other lake amenities! Thanks again, Cindy!

The photos and description provide an accurate representation of the the place. It is clean, non-cluttered, and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I found it to be a good value for the price and would stay there again. Communications with the host were pleasant and they were prompt in responding when I messaged them.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

Absolutely beautiful home, great water access with lots of things provided by the home owner to do such as paddle boards, floats, kayaks, along with life jackets and other games and toys. The home was beautiful, had lots of space. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and it was well worth the cost 😊

This home is beautifully situated on the lake with access to a canoe and kayak. We had a very relaxing stay while enjoying the great amenities that were provided. Lauren had great communication with great suggestions to local restaurants and things to do. Extras were provided and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. This home was more than enough space for our family of 8 and our fur baby. Was an excellent choice for our first time visit to NH. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Thank you for a lovely place to get away to for the weekend. Waking up to the mountains and the stream overlooking our room was breathtaking. Can not wait to come back. We highly recommend a stay here. Quiet, clean and close to many restaurants. Thank you again😊

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

Seriously, this was a super find! Perfect for a couple who wants to stay and explore the area! It was so centrally located to drive to town and Rockport and walk to galleries, the beach, and more! The kitchen had everything, not your typical Airbnb with 4 dishes and 4 spoons. EVERYTHING we needed/wanted was already there, laundry detergent, sunscreen, welcome binder, hangers, etc... We wish we had planned more than 3 days. And it was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space and private entrance as well as a GIANT deck with a table and cornhole too. We had a great stay and hope you do too!
