All the furniture and facilities are very new. To be available to guests: washing machine, dressing ironing axis, hair driers, ovens and all necessary to cook (plugs, dishes, forks, etc)

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartment is on the second floor of a semi-detached house, at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, between Senigallia and Fano. During the summer, included in the price, you can take advantage of a private beach with an umbrella and two sunbeds in Marotta (4 km).
