Do dyspozycji gości jest cały dom, na ogrodzonej działce, z prywatnym udostępnionym dla wynajmujących placem zabaw. Dom jest przestronny, na dole znajduje się duży salon połączony z otwartą kuchnią (w pełni wyposażoną), łazienka, przedpokój. Na górze znajdują się cztery sypialnie i W.C.
