Welcome to a cozy and spacious 1-room apartment of 31 sqm with an enclosed veranda of 13 sqm. Here is a kitchen with everything you need, from the morning coffee brewed in a moccamaster to a selection of wine glasses. Sleeping alcove with double bed, sofa that is also good to lie in and the possibility of an inflatable mattress if needed. The porch is like an extra living room with bird chirping during the day and bat squeaking at night. Short drive to the countryside and there is public transport to the city center around the clock. Quiet and safe area.

Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

Perfect base for both city life and activities all year round with the forest as the closest neighbor as well.

Short distance to: Stovner center with all amenities, subway and bus stop, hiking terrain. Parquet in living room and bedroom, tile with heating cable on remaining floors. Private parking for a car. Quiet and nice neighborhood on top of Oslo. Short distance to both bus and subway that takes you to the city center in about 13 minutes. About 30 minutes to walk to Barcode. Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.

At the top of the block there is a fantastic roof terrace, just one floor up. There is also access to a top modern grease trap, and only 100 meters to walk to SNØ. Perfect apartment for a weekend in Oslo, a few days at SNØ or to have a modern place to stay right next to Oslo. Rema and Pizzabakeren 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

In the dining room there is a nice comfortable single bed and a sofa. The place has Wifi and TV , a fully equipped kitchen! washing machine for clothes, a big garden with a big trampoline and play ground for kids. It is a big free parking place outside
