Fantastic, big and secluded property on the island of Huglo, Stord, with main house, boathouse, private quay and beach with beautiful view to Hardangerfjord and the Kvinnheradmountains. Most buildingds are made of old timber from 1800 century. Yet the house have modern amenities like electrical heating, dishwasher, heated bathroom floor etc. The property has also three annexes which can be rented in addition. Rental includes a rowing boat and firewood for the big fire place in the living room.

Nydelig og nyrenovert leilighet i utkant av Leirvik sentrum med gangavstand til alle fasiliteter. Aker er bare en liten gåtur unna. Varme og gjestfrie verter som bor i øverste etasje. It is a very nice and cozy cabin with everything you need both inside and outside. The outdoor area was very nice with a cozy garden and a lovely view. Well arranged for sitting outside and with possibilities for wind protection. The view from the living room and garden was amazing. The host was available at all times and gave us fantastic information about everything in the cabin and outside, which saved us time to figure things out. Everything was in order both outside and inside, including safety inside in relation to fire safety. There was a boat available that worked very well, caught a lot of fish. Great hiking opportunities and shops easily accessible. We were 5 couples of friends who had a fantastic long weekend at the cabin. Suitable for children there as well.

Ingers and Knuts place was just wonderful, the fjord in front of us, kajaks to be rent for free, swimming directly from the house, incredible views, a very kind and hospitable host, a easy accessible sauna, fishing ropes, bicycles, just everything what we needed. Knut welcomed us, showed us around and he and his wife were just always available when we needed something. And the wooden house with its details was just wonderful to live in for a week. We would love to come back!! Thank you so much.

Very central and nice place, and at the same time peaceful. The host was accommodating and prompt when I requested a few things. There were a few small things that were not great, but all in all value for money and can be recommended. The room I got has a sofa bed and not a bed.

The house is even more beautiful and larger than you could see in the pictures. We did not use the boathouse, but it offers a good opportunity to spend time on the water in any weather. The hosts are very nice, we were greeted directly and shown the accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
