Family-friendly vacation rentals in Stony Hill

My family and I came for a two day stay. Staying here exceed my ourexpectations. the property was truly amazing. The staff (Denny, Keith, and Karen) were awesome and made you feel at home. They answered all of our questions and provided superb service. Denny's cooking was awesome! I also liked the fact that it was a short walk from Frenchman's cove beach and a short drive from Blue Lagoon and Boston beach. This stay was a 11 out of 10 and we will be back again. I highly recommend!

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

Our stay at Patrick’s place was amazing! The house is huge and beautiful. A worker there named Clive was exceptionally helpful and kind as well as the other employees at the home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The house was very very clean. There so much space to relax. The pool is also huge and beautiful. Great for pictures. Beautiful balcony on the third floor. They even had games for us to play as well as a pool table and a large chess game. Even people in the neighborhood were friendly. It’s a very scenic environment. I would recommend anyone to stay at Patrick’s property when visiting this area. Patrick wasn’t on site but his communication was amazing and prompt. He responded everytime we reached out and responded very quickly. He even had someone meet us to find the house. We also had multiple people we could contact Incase of any questions or issues. We had our own personal issue before coming and Patrick was even able to accommodate us. We really appreciated that. I’d give this stay 5 stars. The only thing I suggest is if your renting a car to make sure it has good tires as the road is a little rough but any car driving at a slow speed would be fine. The house is definitely worth the trip.

the place is so clean as you pull the door you can get the nice clean smell hit you. looks just like the picture I got nothing to complain about the host is the best she keep on top of things. and bless up the rasta man as a clean and soft heart no complaining 10 star ⭐ in my book keep it up bless. and thanks to the host again make sure I reach home self blessings.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

Caroline and Richard’s place is beautiful, much more so than the pictures show. The home is beautiful , very clean and well kept. The beds are large and comfortable and each has access to a private bathroom. The communal living areas are comfortable with beautiful furniture and the pool area is perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s great to access to a private beach, was almost empty when we stayed and a great place to view the sunset. The villa was just a ten minute drive from Dunnes River Falls which suited us just perfectly. There was a nearby supermarket at a petrol station ..but just for basics as it was a bit pricey but you are not far from Ocho Rios centre for better choice. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend with Lovely friendly hosts.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful stay at your compound. The environment provided a sense of security, and the warm welcome from everyone on the premises made my experience truly enjoyable. The response is very quick! This was actually my second stay at Sunita’s place but I forgot to leave my first review within the 14 days so this review covers both stays. First off, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sunita’s place. It’s exactly as described: comfortable, cozy, and most importantly, very clean throughout. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and the complimentary water in the fridge was welcomed. And yes, the views are stunning, and moreso at night. It’s in a beautiful quiet residential location, and shops and local amenities are within easy reach. Sunita is a very responsive host, and her brother Sunil who manages the listing is also very helpful and friendly, as is his family who reside next door, so I felt safe having them so close by. I especially appreciate that they accepted and welcomed my little dog! I would definitely stay at Sunita’s place again and would recommend to other’s without hesitation. Thank you for being great hosts - and for the mangoes!

this was my 2 time, good place to stay with a beautiful garden, in a quite area.. Belinda she great I would recommend anyone to stay at Belinda house. The location is good with 5 minutes away to the Devon house and to everything you need, like plazas and shopping areas

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE... Only because I want it to always be available for myself!!! In all seriousness, I'm a filmmaker, which has me in air bnb's more than my own house, and Daryl's spot on Norbrook is the best bnb experience I've ever had! The house is great. It's just as shown in the description and plenty of space to free up and relax. The place is clean and the ac units crank! I loved chilling out on the back veranda surround by Mango trees and good vibes. The family downstairs is my family now. With completely seperate entrances to the seperate apartment they gave the perfect balance between privacy and presence. You're in one of the nicest neighborhoods in kingston and in walking distance to manor park. I'll definitely be here again on my next trip

I did not want to leave, Adrian’s place is indeed a home away from home. Whether you want to relax or have fun it is the place. Perfect for group celebrations. Adrian is an exceptional host. He greets you upon arrival and return to say goodbye, in between he’s always there for your every needs. Whether you have a question or just a concerns, he was there. We had an AMAZING time at The Dehaney Destination and we are already talking about the next time. See you soon.

This was a extremely wonderful place to stay. This was my second time staying at Wayne's house and it was comfortable as usual. The place a huge back yard, that was clean with beautiful lawn. The place came equipped with a washing machine which helped as I was traveling over the island before getting to his place. The check in and check out process was easy with the security, who had all my details and just required identification. The security guards we very helpful and treated me and my guests with respect. Location is very close to grocery, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants. Thanks Wayne for a great location, with necessary amenities.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was decorated nicel and very pretty. It was clean, spacious and exactly as promoted. Main living area doesn't have ac, but has fans. Bedroom ac units were fabulous. Great tv app selection and we felt right at home. Close walk to pool and playground. Will visit again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is one of a kind and top quality. The host was very responsive and proactive. She was able to accommodate additional services like grocery shopping before we arrived, cooking meals, driver service and ironing services. Carline, her housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was plentiful. She even added flowers from the garden to the breakfast table, which was a nice touch. When we were away from the house, Carline would tidy up after us, which was really kind since we had a big group and a busy schedule. Lando, the driver, was able to accommodate our large group and was on time for pick ups and flexible for drop offs. The location was on a hill, behind a private gate, but still very accessible when we decided to use Uber. The home is private and tucked away but still only 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Amazing hosts. They added their own special touches. The property was nice and quiet. Beautiful shared common area in the backyard with the pool. Mango trees to pick fresh from and fresh mint for tea. I had a wonderful stay and plan to go again. Very helpful and anything we needed we could count on them to help make our stay just perfect.

Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!

Joey's property was very CLEAN and orderly. Communication was excellent and straight forward. The space is excatly like the photos. The property security was great, safe area. My family and I love it and we felt right at home.

Always my go for. Stayed with mick a few times and always a good experience. The apartment is in a great place to get away from the busy city but still be close to the action and the views still get me. Thanks for having me again
