The apartment building has 24/7 security & CCTV, standby generator, running water and surrounded by hospitals, banks, restaurants, shops and all needs. 5 minute walk to the beach and stone-town. For Peace and tranquility then you are in the right place. Our rental is for the entire apartment.

Hi. When we are not in Zanzibar we are happy to host guests at our newly renovated 3-bedroom-apartment in Stone Town. Traditional Swahili style in an old coral stone house, combined with modern features. Amazing location in a great and friendly neighbourhood - several cafes and restaurants next door. Perfect place to get a feeling of life in one of the most amazing places in Africa. Less than 10min by foot to the port or Forodhani, 2min to Darajani - where you can also park a car.

This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.
