In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Stadtnähe in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in welchem sie kostenfrei parken können.
