In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the road and leads over our courtyard.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
