Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. Large house in the countryside outside Sundsvall. The house was built in the early 1900s and has recently been completely renovated. Lake view and access to boat. Fishing licenses are purchased via Attmars FVO. Fishing is also offered in Ljungan. Close to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms in season. In winter, there are prepared ski tracks in Sörfors and Matfors. The nearest slalom slope is Nolbybacken in Kvissleby. It takes about 40 minutes to go by car to Hassela Ski Resort. The nearest grocery store is in Matfors.
