On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. We have tried to create a home where you will feel at home! Thanks to generous spaces and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and A/C, it also allows you to stay for longer periods. The apartment consists of the entire upper floor of our villa. Enjoy a good night's sleep in your own apartment upstairs in this quiet villa area! With the bus around the corner, you can quickly get to the city or the university.
