Vacation rentals with lake access in Stockholm Municipality

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

Karl's huis is een prachtig, sfeervol huis uit begin 20e eeuw. Het heeft ruime kamers en een mooie, passende inrichting uit die tijd, met het comfort van de huidige tijd. De locatie van het huis is ook heel mooi: het uitzicht vanaf de heuvel, de mooie, rustige buurt waarin het huis ligt en de korte afstand van hartje Stockholm (circa 15 minuten met de auto) en andere bezienswaardigheden. Karl is een aardige eigenaar en communiceert snel. Dank je wel dat we hier konden verblijven.

We had an absolutely wonderful Christmas week at Patrik and Mona's place. We thoroughly enjoyed the car-free, tranquil island living with its beautiful setting and would love to come back again another year if we get the opportunity.

Superfint boende, magisk utsikt, superhärlig uteplats och perfekt med många sovrum så vi var ett relativt stort gäng. Extra plus att sängkläder, handdukar, köksutrustning, kryddor, plastpåsar, bakplåtspapper etc fanns. Det underlättade i vår logistik! Fredrik var otroligt snabb på att svara dagarna innan vår vistelse och mötte även upp oss när vi kom dit, vilket var uppskattat. Huset var rent men vi behövde diska om en del disk när vi kom, troligen pga tidigare gäster. Trots det överträffade boendet våra förväntningar och jag tror att vi alla var supernöjda. Jag rekommenderar det starkt!

Ein absolut schönes Haus mit einer sehr tollen Lage. Auch für die Kinder gab es mehr als genug Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Familie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns somit den Urlaub gerettet. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

My husband and 3 kids loved our stay in Peter’s home in Näsbypark near Stockholm. The house was beautiful, we loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a home away from home for our family. We were very close to the train station which took us straight into Stockholm for siteseeing. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we felt safe there. We were within easy walking distance to amenities and a beautiful lake.

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

Wer eine ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft mitten in der Natur, aber dennoch nah zur Stadt sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Häuschen bietet alles was man für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeberinnen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Insel ist mit dem Boot in 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Boote fahren pünktlich und zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Hügel etwa 5 Minuten vom Bootsanleger entfernt. Der Weg ist hügelig, oben wird man aber mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht belohnt. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein denn auch das Gepäck und die Einkäufe müssen auf die Insel. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört, ganz im Gegenteil, wir haben die Ruhe und Natur genossen. Auch die Sauna war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Wir waren zu viert für drei Nächte in der Wohnung, sie hat eine ausreichende Größe und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafplätze wurde individuell auf uns angepasst. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Grundbedarf benötigt. Es war sauber und alles sehr lieblich hergerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Der Check-in und Check-Out konnten flexibel gestaltet werden und liefen ganz problemlos. All in all war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

I had an amazing stay in Stockholm, and I highly recommend both this location and the host, Raven! The apartment exceeded all my expectations—it looks even better than the photos, with a clean, modern, and welcoming design. Situated right in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring Stockholm. Everything you could possibly need—shops, restaurants, public transportation, and major attractions—is just a short walk away. Raven was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly attentive. They ensured every aspect of my stay was seamless and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their thoughtfulness and professionalism truly stood out. If you’re planning a trip to Stockholm, this is the ideal place to stay. I can recommend Raven and their wonderful apartment enough, and I would happily return in the future!

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Tomas’s apartment was great - the location is fantastic, right by the metro and walking distance to loads of great places. Tomas is a brilliant host and went out of his way to accommodate us, providing a cot for our baby and loads of toys for our toddler (which he absolutely loved)! Tomas also sent us an amazing list of recommendations and we followed a lot of them and enjoyed everything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, we would happily stay again. Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

A great very well-equipped little house with a fantastic view of the sea. We would like to come back at any time.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Very cool place to stay close to stockholm to experience the quite "postcard sweden" but at the same time you can get to the centre of stockholm in about 30 minutes. We used the row boats all the time - very quick, independent and natural way to get to the island. The cabin is cozy, clean and has all the essentials you need. It was a super relaxing stay and we really enjoyed it.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen bei Sofia. Das Haus strahlt einen unglaublichen Charme aus und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein wirkliches Juvel, was sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir können das Häuschen auch für den Winterurlaub sehr empfehlen, der Ofen bringt die nötige Wärme nach kalten Schneetagen. An unserem Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger bleiben. :) Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Sofia sowohl im Chat als auch persönlich sehr nett. Sie hat uns ihre Hilfe angeboten, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, aber auch die Privatsphäre geachtet. Auch war die Lage für uns ideal. Es war sehr ruhig mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, die wir innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen konnten. Auch die Bus-und Fähranbindung nach Stockholm ist sehr gut. Infos zu Bussen und Fähren sind in der SL App einfach einzusehen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, auch oder gerade wegen dieser tollen Unterkunft

Wir (Familie zu dritt) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem einfachen, sinnvoll ausgestattetem kleinen Häuschen mit Meerblick. Bad und Küche sind im Haupthaus, waren aber jederzeit nutzbar. Die Lage ist sehr naturnah und wirklich außergewöhnlich. Perfekt um sich zu erholen und Wanderungen in der Umgebung zu machen. In weniger als einer Stunde ist man aber auch in Stockholm und kann ins Stadtleben eintauchen. Lotte und Olle waren perfekte Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.
