Du findest im OG eines Einfamilienhauses 1 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch (2 Pers), Küchenzeile umd Esstisch sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen, gibt es hier leider nicht. Reist du mit Kindern an? Kein Problem: ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl kann gestellt werden.

Unser neues Apartment "Upper Beach" liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, bequem über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Du hast ein separates Schlafzimmer, Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und sonnigem Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Timmendorfer Strand. Wer so zentral wohnen möchte, muss manchmal mit etwas Trubel und Lärm in der Hochsaison rechnen. Restaurants, Cafés und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand befindet sich ca 150 Meter entfernt.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.
