Vacation rentals with a patio in Stock Island

We just spent 6 days at Yuni's airbnb. Our family of four(all adults) could not have been happier with the peace and quiet this place offered us. The private beach and pool had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. We enjoyed how close it was to Havanna Jack's for a quick bite to eat and drink. Yuni's place was exceptionally clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs. She quickly responded to our questions and our needs. Yuni is one of the best hosts we have had throughout the years of using airbnbs. We definitely will go back!

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Very clean and cute apartment. In december we didn’t see any bugs. The location could not have been better. Communication was easy.

We stayed a week at the apartment. The place was spacious and clean. It was 6 of us and we didn t feel crowded at all. It has a full kitchen and we were able to cook some nights. The porch has an amazing view and the pool is plenty big to have thew kids happy. It is the perfect location if you like fishing and come with your boat (no problem with a 29' ). The Marina to launch is right there and the gas pump as well. Walking to Duval street takes about 10-15 minutes. It is a pretty walk. We ended up renting a golf cart because after a day of fishing, we were tired, but Uber is cheap and fast and bicycles can be rented too if walking is not what you want. I would stay again at Sloan s place !!

The Condo was spacious, beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the location was perfect. Henry was great to work with. We rented a golf cart and traveled almost everywhere in Key West by golf cart.

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

Jack was a great host…very quick to respond. The location couldn’t have been better! Walkable to Duvall St with the great shops, restaurants and nightlife but just far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. Would stay again! Thank you, Jack!

Shane and Kelly were fabulous! My husband and I enjoyed a week away and loved exploring Marathon. Fishing from the back deck was so much fun. We caught some mangrove snapper that we made for dinner which was exquisite! I also caught a Jack Cravalle and my hubby caught a shark. Definitely fun times! Explored beaches, hiked and went to Key West for a day. Weather did not disappoint. Highly recommend this great vacation home!

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Incredible for a family vacation. 🏝️The property feels very private, clean, well decorated, and many amenities. We tried out the paddle boards and spent a lot of time in the pool. When going to the beach, Aileen already had chairs and towels to bring! This property really is a gem. Thank you Aileen!

Philip's listing described the place perfectly. Zero unexpected surprises and it had absolutely everything to make our vacation super enjoyable. When it comes to location, so much to do in under 30 minutes. Smack dab in the middle when it comes to driving to Marathon or Key West. It was also great to be able to keep a boat right outside and to have a marina as part of the park. Access to great places to fish are 15-30 minutes away.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

The house was exactly how it was described online. Everything was well marked. Lots of stuff to do at the home. Very spacious and well maintained. There were only 7 of us, so lots of extra space. The pool is on the perfect side so your not blasted with the late afternoon sun. However, there is a huge umbrella in case it is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked so nothing was needed. There is a BBQ grill as well as a flat top which is nice for outside cooking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow if your a particular pillow person (we love our feather pillows), house pillows were not feather ones. If you rent here and have a boat definitely go to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel. Never saw so many fish in one place. The Conch Cafe and Coast to Coast pizza are both great food restaurants and walkable from the home. Publix is so close it was a daily visit. Truly enjoyed the week stay!!!!!

What a beautiful cottage. Loved how it was decorated. We had everything that we needed. Loved the outside back patio. Peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Very clean and a plus, it had a washer and dryer. Thomas and Lindsay were so nice, communicative and very responsive. Gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. A little piece of paradise. Island Life. We will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend.

Kate was SUPER responsive and available to us if we needed her. The home was beautiful and the decorating was top notch! I loved the interior of the condo and it was sparkling clean! I would definitely stay here again, or at any of her other properties.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We had a great stay! Exactly as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels, & even beach towels. Great location and walkable to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, ping pong tables, & shuffle board. Great location to travel to other keys & plenty to do on Marathon. Loved our stay!

The kitchen was completely stocked! Didn’t need to buy a thing- other than food! It was perfectly stocked Rooms were great! Very clean and spacious. The ocean was beautiful the docks were clean and great place to fish. The extras provided were great- the fishing poles, beach chairs, etc were a surprised bonus Would gladly stay here again

We Definitely would stay again if we are in the area. The place was exactly as advertised and centrally located. we had a nice relaxing time.

Key West is expensive so this wasn’t exorbitant for the area. From here, we could walk to every attraction and restaurant in Old Town, including the dock to board a sailing ship to catch a magnificent sunset. The lodging is in an old house turned old hotel. It was very comfortable for 2 people. The dedicated porch overlooking the beautiful garden with gurgling fountains was a highlight. There was a nice black cat who sat with us every time we were on the porch. There is an outdoor gathering area below the porch that guests from surrounding units used. They were a bit loud; but, it’s Key West. The only real negative is a lack of nearby parking. There is supposed to be a 15 minute unloading space in front of the building but the same car stayed in it for 2 days. We found a spot on the street about 4 blocks away. I strongly recommend getting any groceries you may want (except fresh fish) before you arrive. We mostly ate out.

This was an incredible stay. Great location, great attention to detail. Great hosts. The place blew me away. so cool from the outside pool area and outdoor courtyard to the decor. The place fully stocked. Way more than I expected. I can't say it enough.
