Cozy cabin in Storvika

Small but cozy cabin in Storvika with water, electricity and wood burning. A sleeping alcove in the cabin and an annex with bathroom and bedroom. The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Beach and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for mountain climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city center. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30 sqm. 2-4 beds: 120 cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor (90 cm) if needed. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for NOK 50 each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash kitchen utensils so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25 km away and Trondheim Airport is 7 km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5 min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Renovert bolig med moderne kjøkken og åpen planløsning. 2 bad av litt enklere standard med dusj og toalett på begge. 4 soverom med inntil 10 sengeplasser. Herunder inngår at 2 personer kan dele en 120 sovesofa på loftsstuen. NB: Passer ikke for allergikere, bor hund og katt i huset utenom utleieperioder.

Cozy apartment in a basement by the sea. A family of five lives on the main floor of the house. A stone's throw from nice beaches with swimming, climbing and wind sports. Short distance to Stjørdal city center, Værnes airport and E6. Simple kitchen with hobs, fridge and microwave. Small bathroom with shower. Living room/bedroom with bunk bed (120 + 75) and sofa bed (140), and a 90 mattress on the floor. Large garden that in summer is used for grazing for two lambs.

Her kan du leie en hytte nede ved sjøkanten. Hytten er utstyrt med kjøkken og bad og har en sentral beliggenhet. Det er en stor uteplass hvor man kan grille og barna kan leke fritt. Leieprisen inkluderer sengetøy og håndklær. Stedet er utstyrt med elbil-lader. Vi tilbyr også utleie av båter! Vi er en familie som overtok disse hyttene i juni 2024 og vil med tiden pusse opp stedet. Bildene er derfor midlertidige, og vil oppdateres underveis.
