The apartment in Castelmezzano was a great stay. Detailed information provided on parking and getting to the home. View from the balcony is amazing!! Good location to access restaurants as well as trails.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Scalea, ist aber trotzdem total ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt in der Nähe einige gute Lokale. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar eine Decke für unseren Hund gebracht, damit sie auf dem Sofa schlafen konnte, was will man mehr ;)) Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

La casa di Emilia è a soli 4 km dal mare di Marina di Camerota, immersa in un oliveto secolare della fascia collinare cilentana, lungo la strada che porta al borgo di Lentiscosa. L'appartamento, con patio e giardino, al pianterreno di una villa di famiglia, è ampio e piacevolmente arredato ed è corredato di tutti i confort. Lo spazio esterno di pertinenza dell'appartamento è un oasi di pace e tranquillità che anche Il nostro cagnetto Paco ha apprezzato molto, per la possibilità di essere libero. L'ospitalità della Sig.ra Emilia, premurosa ma discreta, ci ha consentito di trascorrere 15 giorni di mare incantevole e di piacevole relax.

L’appartamento è molto bello e arredato con gusto. La posizione è centralissima con vista della piazza principale. Buona anche la colazione inclusa.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Villa Anna. Het huis is mooi ingericht (wat een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en badkamer) met oog voor detail. Ook de keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Tot slot is er een groot terras, ideaal voor een BBQ of aperitief in de zon. Het huis is ook erg geschikt voor (jonge) kinderen. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

L’appartamento è confortevole e molto curato.un’oasi di pace e sole. Il mare è un incanto ed i ristoranti consigliati in zona si sono rivelati ottimi!Marta è stata cortese, amichevole e molto generosa regalandoci frutta fresca appena colta dal suo orto!!!!

An incredible experience not in a house but a home with a friendly host that instantly makes you feel safe being always there looking over things and being always there. Not only a home but a good place to live in: beautiful, highly aesthetic, blending in the overall architecture, with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay: a/c, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fully practical bathroom, super terrace to have breakfast or dinner. The sea is near and the town is simply a fairytale. The host made everything even more magic. Thank you. A holiday to keep to the heart.

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.
