Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. The bathroom is older and has no shower, but a hand shower at the sink. The house is located in beautiful Strøby, close to the beach. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance and shopping within 4 km. The house is under renovation both outside and inside. Bed linen and towels are available in the house.
