We found the accommodations quite comfortable. It was well furnished and the online pictures were an accurate reflection of the inside. We had a bit of of problem unlocking the door but after we figured out how to use the key pad, there were no more issues. Lindsey was very responsive.

A gem of a find in Hornell. The neighborhood was charming and easy walk to town. The accommodations are just as described and there is plenty of space to relax. The bathroom is quite large and modern. If this is available don’t think twice and just book it, you won’t be sorry. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Joan was an amazing and responsive host! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 4 year anniversary and college graduation and it was a perfect spot. Amazing wineries ( we loved bully hills as it also had a restaurant) but also amazing ice cream and museums nearby. The place itself was perfect for us two! It’s a studio style but plenty of room as you also have the beautiful dock, fire-pit, and beach style water entrance. As it was too cold for us this time of year, we definitely plan on coming back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the water front access. We highly suggest coming if you’re looking for a get-away, you won’t regret!

The apartment was very comfortable, and the view across the valley was amazing. Full kitchen allowed us to do a little cooking while we were there. Mike is a great communicator and quickly answered any questions we had. If we're ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.
