Just need to bring your personal items, everything else is included. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, Sunfish sailboat, water floats included for you to enjoy or bring your own. Parking close to your door. No smoking or burning candles in apartment, no parties, and sorry, no pets. My goal is for you to have a wonderful experience.
