From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. In addition to the large living room with kitchen, there is a room with a double bed, a room with a double bed and a gallery, a children's room with a bunk bed, as well as a gallery open to the living room with two sleeping places. The property with fireplace and retreats extends to the Mildenitz.

Our painter's apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and bathtub as well as a small kitchen. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity.
