Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Stepantsminda

Stay at Marinas guesthouse was wonderful. The area is very quite and views are outstanding. Place is very clean and comfy. Marina everyday asking is everything fine and she is always ready to answer all questions. If you want work from there, there is fast and stable internet connection ideally for remote work. One little minus for very thin walls so when other guests have little party it might be noisy. But I recommend it for all :)

While I can't comment on the accomdoation I can on the host Nanuka. Due to very fair personal circumstances she couldn't house me but found me alternative lodging and was very helpful through the whole process. Alternative lodging was ace and Nanuka herself was also ace!!

Tarmar was very kind. Most importantly, the breakfast was awesome. It was so delicious and plentiful. I want to come again next time.

Its a very cozy cottage. Amazing views and great interiors

Spent two nights here as we were going skiing in Gudauri. Great location and beautiful surroundings. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

Perfect host, perfect location

This is a very nice house. Being on the edge of the village means that the whole house has an absolutely good view without any other houses blocking the view. The whole house can see the snow-capped mountains. The landlord speaks English and is very welcoming! We encountered some problems and they were very enthusiastic to help solve them and kept asking about the progress of the matter. They personally found the location of the house for us when we first arrived. They helped us turn on the heating in the middle of the night. They also helped us pump up and repair our tires when we were traveling. This made me and my family feel extremely warm and at ease. This was the most heartwarming trip for us when we first came to Georgia! Very good house and great location! The cottage is situated in a quiet and secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and surounded by the picturesque view of the mountains. Perfect to just relax and unwind. Besides the location, the design of the cottage is well thought of, all details are just ig-worthy. Niko is also very helpful in providing us the check-in instructions, and is very responsive to our questions. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

amazing hut with a hot tub and the most amazing view. very private and cozy, walkable distance to a small shopping center with groceries, restaurants and currency exchange. the host was more than great! very nice and responsive person who helped us with every question. highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful mountain view cottage surrounded by snow on all sides. We enjoyed every bit of the stay and even cooked our own meals by getting groceries from nearby super market. Nika helped us setup the barbecue too and it was an amazing experience overall.
