Duplex located 30 meters from the gondola lift in New Gudauri. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. Ski storage, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors), balcony, and panoramic windows with mountain views. An excellent choice for a large family or group.

Great apartment for a family of four! Walking distance to ski rental and ski lift. There is a small restaurant in the building where we had breakfast, and a restaurant in the building next door where we had dinner a couple of nights. It is a 15 min walk to the center of New Gudauri, or 20-30 GEL in taxi.

Excellent value for money, 10/10 Comfortable apartments for a modest but large company. There is everything you need: a kettle, a stove, loads of dishes, a microwave, a nice bedding, two clean bathrooms with hot water. The hospitable owner was always in touch if there were any questions. Across the road from the apartments there is a large restaurant serving Georgian cuisine with reasonable prices. It’s a little far from the slope, but if you’re by car, this is a great option for you — it takes just 10 minutes to get to the slope. You can also ski/board down from the ski slope directly to the apartment. Recommend this place!

Bejan's place was really good for us. some pros: - large bedrooms, large living area with a well equipped kitchen , and a nice balcony with a view. - two bathrooms, with a washing machine. - close to stores - very close to lower ski lift [ we could almost do a a ski-in after a long day of skiing.] - including night skiing on weekends! -has lockers on the ground floor small cons [ and they are small]: - apartment is on third floor without elevator. but if you leave ski equipment in the lockers, this is ok - the road Tbilisi- Gudauri- Stepantsminda is very close, and there are trucks that you can hear if you're out on the balcony. - the "new Gudauri" resort is accessible by taxi / car only. but since I was with kid, this wasn't an issue, as the apartment priovided everything needed and was really cosy. Thank you Bejan for a very great home away from home for our vacation. we will be back :)

We had a great stay at this apartment in Gudauri. The location is fantastic, very close to the ski-in/ski-out area, which was super convenient for us. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price. The only downside was the soundproofing, as it was a bit noisy at times. However, it didn’t affect our overall experience much. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option close to the slopes.
