Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Cozy modern bungalow 2021-2022 rebuild bungalow for 4 people, modern with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and covered outdoor terrace. Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. Rural but not far from the action, our 1-room apartment is located in the Dümmersee vacation area. The fiber optic connection with Wi-Fi and data cable in the apartment provide a perfect workplace or for watching TV on the 55. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is not integrated in the main building. The room is flooded with light and radiates coziness through the wooden floor, an open beam and small rungs.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the spacious balcony overlooking fields or enjoy the cozy living-dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The stylish bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The apartment is heated by infrared heating and is almost CO2-neutral thanks to the photovoltaic system. An electric charging station can be used for an additional charge.
