The apartment is located very quietly close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

Guests have two bungalows located directly on the edge of the forest. The high location opens up a beautiful view of meadows and forests. The two individually bookable bungalows frame a yard that merges into an area with large trees, which closes off a green earth wall. There is a fenced area, ideal for dogs. In the winter, the flickering flames of the pellet fireplace create a cozy atmosphere, and in the summer it's more like the shady trees.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax. I am happy if you can also enjoy it: sit back and relax, study or work – in this quiet, stylish and modern accommodation.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

“Luises kleines Hexenhäuschen” is idyllically nestled on the edge of the forest, at the gateway to the popular excursion region of the Dahner Felsenland in the Southwest Palatinate.
