We are in an upmarket quiet neighbourhood and 5 min. drive from the historic town centre. It has a king bed, couch {converting into a wide single bed for a child} , kitchenette, private bathroom (en suite), terrace and a swimming pool. We are less than 5 min. drive from the schools and hospital. We're at the start of the famous Stellenbosch mountain for hiking and mountain bikes.

There are 2 balconies, excellent for sundowners, which overlook neighbouring grass paddocks, often with views of Nguni cattle. You also have access to the (solar heated, saltwater) pool, the large, landscaped gardens - with beautiful views to the mountains beyond... Excellently located.
