Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Apartment F Enjoy the Franconian Forest. In our newly designed, barrier-free apartment, you can expect a place to stay where you can enjoy your vacation in a completely relaxed way. Your dog is also welcome on the fenced, 1600 sqm garden plot. Wi-Fi, sauna, hot tub and table tennis are available free of charge. The pool and sauna are exclusively available for you. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Switch off and feel good - Our cottage offers you a small escape from everyday stress and noise. On 55 sqm there is enough space for romantic togetherness, but children are also welcome, because they can retreat "to the small cave" under the roof top. Four-legged companions (dogs! Dog liability insurance!) are also welcome here. You can gaze into nature from the terrace and enjoy the sounds of the pond and the rippling of the wild stream.

A bed under the star tent! If you enter the yurt, you are immediately enchanted by the unique sense of space of this completely round dwelling. Unlike in the square rooms we used to, the view can wander unhindered here. You feel welcome, sheltered and somehow immediately comfortable. It's hard to describe in words what makes the fascination of a  yurt - you have to experience it for yourself!
