In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento per 5 notti. La posizione è strategica per chi, come noi, vuole visitare tutta l’isola, con una media di tempo in macchina di 20/30 minuti. Nel caso non fosse d’interesse vedere tante spiagge, c’è la possibilità di andare nella spiaggia vicino casa che è una lunga baia con qualche ristorante/bar attrezzati. L’alloggio era pulito e con bellissima terrazza con vista. La famiglia di Antonios accogliente e gentilissima. Ottima scelta per passare una piacevole vacanza in Grecia!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Rhodos Paradise Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Bis Rhodos Stadt sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten. Sollte man Lust zu feiern haben, ist Faliraki in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sieht die Villa aus wie auf den Bildern - persönliches Highlight für mich: der Pool. Dieser befindet sich im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Da kann man direkt abschalten. Außerdem gibt es dort genügend Liegen für alle, sodass niemand darauf verzichten muss. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei der Ankunft blitzsauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück. Michail als Gastgeber war immer Hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Er gab uns gute Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps, was man sonst unternehmen sollte, wenn man in Rodos ist. Auch hier Highlight: Michael hat uns Grillgut besorgt damit wir gemeinsam grillen können. Vielen Dank Michail!

Die Lage der Villa Liam direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober dort und die Temperaturen waren für uns perfekt: 28-30 Grad und jeden Tag sonnig. Zwar war es zwei Tage super windig/stürmisch. Aber wir waren trotzdem jeden Tag im Meer schwimmen. Der Privatstrand ist zwar sehr schmal und etwas steinig, aber man gelangt ziemlich schnell auf reinen Sandboden im Meer. Badeschuhe haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Lage ist recht einsam und ruhig. Wir waren auch die einzigen im Meer. Das war super. Da es außerhalb der Saison war, waren leider die Cafés und Restaurants im Hafen (zu dem man ca 20 min läuft) leider geschlossen. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet und hat soweit alles was man braucht. Mit Ameisen hatten wir etwas zu kämpfen. Also immer schnell alle Essensreste verstauen 😀 Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns aber ohnehin im Außenbereich aufgehalten. Die Kommunikation lief über die eine Hausverwalterin, die super schnell geantwortet hat und sehr freundlich war!

We had the most gorgeous two weeks at Hibiscus. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a family of 6 . The photos do not do justice to how light and bright the two main bedrooms are with their lovely adjoining balconies. We alternated between staying locally and day trips away, but our favourite days were the ones where we spent the day swimming at the local beach and visiting the canteen there for lunch and afternoon cocktails. Plakia beach is less than a minute walk away while the canteen is another three minutes down. It felt like an extension to the apartment... it was so absolutely lovely and relaxing. The town of Pefkos is five minutes down the road and is filled with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a delicious bakery that we went to many mornings for a coffee and pastry after our morning swimming. Katie and her mother Helen are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Hibiscus and hope to find ourselves there again one day.

Excellent location and within easy walking distance of all the main sights of the old town and the restaurants. Very peaceful even though its so close to the restaurants and bars. Very relaxing with beautiful courtyard for sitting outside. All amenities provided in the apartment - very well equipped with everything you need. Only bad comment is there is a smell of dampness when you walk into the apartment sitting/kitchen area. If you leave the courtyard door open it is not as bad but obviously host is aware of this problem as there is an airfreshner on the table and a scented candle provided. Recommend this issue is addressed. Was surprised it hadn't been mentioned in any of the reviews.

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

We just spent the most pleasant time at Gennadi Sun Apartments! Marietta is more than a super host. She was very welcoming and provided us with helpful tips for places and restaurants to visit on the island! She was always available and checked often if we needed anything! We can highly recommend Marietta's place as a home away from home!

The place is inside the old town, close to restaurants and sights. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. We've arrived in the middle of the night and we could easily find the keys. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It has everything you would need for your vacation.
