Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern und Hund für etwas mehr als eine Woche vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten die Wohnung als Startpunkt für einige Ausflüge nutzen. Unter anderem dank des eingezäunten Gartens konnten wir es auch zu Hause sehr gut aushalten. Lediglich der Lärm der startenden Flugzeuge war für uns Landmenschen ungewohnt aber dennoch aushaltbar. Sofern es sich ergibt kommen wir gern wieder!

We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

We stayed at Marcus' place for 4 nights and we enjoyed all of them! Marcus and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house was very clean, with all amenities as per description. The garden amazing! I cannot speak enough of the tranquility this place offers! I believe that photos do not do justice at this place. It is much better! We would surely stay again.

Traumhafter Garten mit tollem Trampolin und Pool, den wir ganz für uns hatten. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und aus der relativ geringen qm Zahl des Hauses wurde unglaublich viel rausgeholt. Trotz heißer Temperaturen draußen war es im Haus überraschend angenehm und man konnte richtig gut schlafen. Micha war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten kein Auto, ein Edeka war aber durch einen kurzen, schönen Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung für zwei Nächte. Alles war wie auf den Fotos. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht, nicht nur Handtücher im Bad gab es auch Duschgel,Shampoo und sogar Lotion. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wurde sogar Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Raphael war super erreichbar und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert

Genügend Platz für uns 7 und die Kinder haben sehr genossen „nur“ durch die Empore getrennt zu schlafen und im Baumhaus zu spielen bzw. zu klettern. Zum Glück war es nicht noch wärmer, das wäre unter dem Dach heiß geworden, aber so hatten wir zwei wunderbare Tage.

Heerlijk ruim appartement in een rustige buurt. Heel schoon en opgeruimd. Voordelig omdat het iets buiten het centrum was, dus fiets of metro is nodig. Dat vonden we geen probleem en zie je veel van de stad. Bedankt Vahan!
