Smoking friendly vacation rentals in St.Bran's Burg

Juan is a man the world can have more of! His cordial and totally sympathetic nature made you forget the long journey. Unfortunately the booked accommodation was not available due to a water damage but Juan arranged everything on his own and organized a substitute accommodation for us. He showed us the beautiful corners of Montego Bay and also taught us about the history. Even if the time was short, I would book him again for future reservations! :) It was a great stay!

Such a beautiful area & home. Colling did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed, providing toiletries, & most importantly, staying on top of our needs the full trip. He also provided us with a private taxi service that could take you wherever you needed in MoBay. The scenery was beautiful. The home was very spacious, comfy, & well kept. Thank you Colling for giving my family a beautiful place to stay and a lovely experience. We'll definitely be back!

Corey was an excellent host extremely responsive, I really enjoyed my time despite a few issues with amenities that I’m sure he’s resolved at this point. The place was comfortable, quiet and easy to reach from the main Highway. The roads are decent going up and down with Scotchies close by which my kids enjoyed. The home itself is well maintained and private, I would recommend this place to families.

Our stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort was amazing. Melds hospitality was great, we felt safe and the location of the airbnb was perfect! The airbnb itself was huge and the rooms met all our expectations. My toddler enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen area was a plus, as we made breakfast some mornings, as well as prepared lunch for our little one. Everything we needed was there (e.g. pots, containers, glasses, plates etc). All in all, an 11 of 10 experience and stay. We will definitely stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort if we visit Jamaica again.

Nice location in MoBay. You can see owners put a lot into running a nice facility.

This place is in a nice community just out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get there with a short taxi ride. The area is quiet and Fritz was very responsive and helpful.

This home is beautiful and the host is very helpful. Pros : it was in a nice quiet area Has the option to book a personal driver that knows his way around, has good choice to eat if you’re looking for a Jamaica feel, knows about nightlife, and that’s there 24/7 so no waiting on rides and complimentary services from the airport. Cons: with the home being solar powered we experience the lights going out in the middle of the night a few times , the AC unit in the living room stopped working around day 4 so it was HOT in the front , not walking distance to anything Overall the home is amazing and i would recommend!

The place was very comfortable, I enjoyed the facilities and felt quite safe and peaceful. Stayed for a friend's wedding and it was quite central and easy to find. Rosemarie communicated and checked in daily. Charmaine who was there to assist with all my needs went above and beyond, ensuring my mornings were met with a nice cup of coffee and even aided me with getting ready. The place was spotless and Char even resprayed the rooms in the evening to ensure any stray mosquitos were dealt with. All the amenities listed were present except a kettle but I didn't need it as pots and pans were made available and I had brought pre-seasoned meals to prepare. I would definitely recommend a week at this lovely space. I hope to visit again soon.

Jenny’s place was awesome easy access entry quiet place. She had a list of things that you can do in Montego Bay. She offered for airport service. She also had access to a driver that can show you around Montego Bay or take you to Ocho Rios for any excursion that you need it. Definitely will stay at her place again thank you. She definitely may stay easy in Montego Bay.

I have become a returning guest at this beautiful location and I am absolutely confident writing a sincere and honest review. Sarah is a superb host and went above and beyond to meet all of my needs, I felt very comfortable and safe being hosted by Sarah. I often travel to Jamaica solo, so security is a high priority for me. The community is quiet and safe and I have never had any issues. Everything you need is at your fingertips, perfect for families or solo travellers. The house is very well kept and I was pleased with having laundry, pool and gym as amenities as well. I would suggest renting a vehicle or hiring a driver. I wish I could gate keep this gem of a location and keep it all to myself, I could go on and on about this lovely property. I honestly felt welcome and at home. I had such a wonderful time. It was well worth it. I fell in love with Montego Bay, Kayci, and her children. I plan to visit again. I wish that I could keep everyone out of MY room 😂

Originally, I was booked for an Airbnb around the corner, however, that host was not honest in their description of the home, and it was a mother-in-law suite which was not compatible for my desired vacation stay. We quickly made a shift and booked here for an entire week, and everything was so accommodating. Communication was great, it was a private house all to ourselves, and it was exactly what we needed! If I had four, thumbs, I’d give it four thumbs up!

Mr. Jacin & Ms. Kimberly were the perfect host!!!! Their communication was superb. Their place was immaculate. The views simply breathtaking. I was able to have the jacuzzi all to myself as no other guest were booked. It was a perfect private getaway, which was much needed. My only issue was the Wi-Fi and Miss Kimberly worked hard to get it up and running. However it wasn’t able to work. I had to use it on the balcony which I was ok with. Gave me more time to absorb the scenery. I definitely would recommend. The local shop was just down the road which provided me with local items. I had a great time!!! Can’t wait to see his other properties when I visit in April….

Amazing stay! Responsive host and great service

This place is beautiful. Definitely Rustic! Which we loved. We enjoyed every minute we were here. We have stayed in the all inclusive resorts several times and wanted a change. The drive up is a little rough but worth it. The river access this place has is awesome! My kids jumped in the river and floated down to a stair access point for hours! We had more fun in and around the river then we did at the beach. If u don't like reptiles this place isn't for u. There is a good amount of little lizards who keep the bugs away. The Air conditioners in each bedroom do a great job! Matthew is a great host. We hope to definitely be repeat customers. I'd love to keep this place a secret because it's a hidden gem. The staff is friendly! We love Joyce. She got all the kids coconuts and mangos. We also had a few nights of meals prepared for us. Food was great. The Chef Juicy and Matt's Mom were very friendly.

Adrian was a very welcoming host. Adrian coordinated with the housekeeper to show me the apartment features and I appreciate the added care. 5 minute walk to a great taxi pickup area, and indrive (MBJ version of uber/lyft) can find this place easy. I would want to stay here again or even at another of Adrian's properties. this is the kind of host I love. Thank you!

My stay was good, peaceful and enjoyable. Only issue the gate takes a while to close after entering or exiting. Overall would recommend to a friend.

We felt at ease staying here for the past week.When met with concerns, communication was easy and polite; in person and through message. It was such an important trip to us and we got just the experience we came for thanks to the many recommendations our Hostess Lisa gave us especially our driver who took our experience to another level(tremane) . Once you find a home away from home it makes it easier to go again in which case we will def be back in the near future‼️thanks again

My stay was great ! My kids didn’t want to leave because they got so close to the host who was super nice, responsive, helpful and very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to feel like they are at home in a peaceful environment.

I had a great time staying here. Shadine and Jermaine are awesome hosts, and great to talk to. Really nice place with plenty of shade from many Mango trees on the premises. The hosts were full of local recommendations and advice, I was able to do everything I needed in my first few days in Jamaica preparing for my onward travels. I am likely to book again next time I am in the area

Antonia & Neil were awesome hosts. Rohan, the driver they recommended makes you feel at home. All respond close to immediately if there are any needs and questions. My wife and I stayed for about three weeks, this place will always be a consideration- ocean view is indescribable!

I booked this stay for a birthday trip and I was a little anxious at first because like most trips, very few made it out the group chat. Mr. Garvin, aka Uncle Garvin, and Ms. Donna were super sweet and so accommodating. I ended up having a wonderful time thanks to them and their amazing hosting skills. Having a massage after getting off the plane was the sure start to a great time. Be sure to book another before you leave! I’d 100% stay here again and have recommended booking this listing to several people already. Now don’t expect hotel sleek finishing but it’s comfortable, cute, cozy, and most of all, clean. It’s a perfect setting for peaceful starts to your day and their recommendations were absolutely on point every time. It is an extra fee of course for excursions and traveling to and from but none of it was unreasonable. Actually, reserving excursions with them was cheaper than through air bnb and paying for a taxi to these places. Book with them and enjoy your time!
