Built 20 meters into a hillside, the villa naturally harnesses air circulation, drawing in fresh Aegean breezes through large openings at the back of the structure. This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Additionally, the villa’s thoughtful layout enhances the feeling of absolute seclusion, making you feel completely immersed in nature. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. The villa’s unique architecture is designed to maximize its breathtaking setting, offering infinity pool views that blend seamlessly into the endless blue of the sea. Kormoranos Waterfront Villa

Villa Kormoranos has a private pool and is two-storey, built on the rocks with stunning and unobstructed views. It consists of a very spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a WC. In the living room there are 2 spacious sofas joined in a corner shape, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The ground floor has spaces with access for people with disabilities, namely an entrance with a ramp and a bedroom with a suitable private bathroom. In this bedroom there is a king-size bed, which can be divided into 2 single beds. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedroom with the 2 single beds, upon request of the guest, they can be joined to form a king-size bed. A heated pool is available upon request for a minimum of 2 days, at an additional cost of €60 per night. Advance notice of 2–3 days is required, as the pool is exposed to the north and, especially during the winter months (December–March), more time is needed to reach the desired temperature. It is possible to swim in the sea below the villa, weather permitting, by carefully descending the rocks.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

The luxurious Afeidia residence consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and a 55'' TV with international channels and A/C as well as a bathroom.
