Vacation rentals with a patio in Station 3

i have enjoyed my stay here, the staff are all friendly and the location of the unit is great because it's so peaceful and it is located at the ground floor so it has easy access to the parking area, the phone signal is not strong but no worries because they have wifi. the caretaker is also approachable. overall it's worth it, I'll definitely comeback with my friends next time.

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

The place was nice and clean, cozy that is perfect for couple and to those who like to have a peace of mind.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It was spotless, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved its peaceful and private location, and it accommodated our party perfectly. The unit smelled amazing, the amenities were complete, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances worked properly. Every detail was well taken care of, and we were beyond impressed! The caretakers, especially Ate Elena, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the games that were readily available for us to use and the organized clear book filled with helpful recommendations for guests. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would highly recommend this fantastic place to our family and friends. We would absolutely return here in a heartbeat. This location is in the heart of real Philippines culture. A person needs to watch youtube videos and prepare for what to expect. Absolutely no trouble, but need to realize a totally different culture and way of living. People are survivors of rebuilding from Island living. You will wake up to chickens, have to deal with insects, wild dogs and cats. Home made bamboo fireworks kids setting off during the day. But this place is beautiful and private all at the same time. If you wish bell's and whistles of richer life, then this is not for you. But if you want a great experience and open your mind and smile at the real people of Philippines. You will experience a feeling that is absolutely the finest in the world. And enjoy a beautiful view, and very good hosts. Come down from your high standard of living and enjoy a little piece of heaven. WORD

My wife and I had a great week staying at Renelito's place. It was exactly what we had hoped. Centrally located with both White Beach & Bulabog Beach a few minutes walk away, and similarly close to DMall and all the shops & restaurants in the area without being in the middle of the bustling Station 2. Access was easy via the security guard and thanks to Renelito's clear & proactive assistance we had no issues checking in or out. The apartment was clean & tidy with a well-equpped kitchen and sitting room, a large comfy bed, good AC and a modern TV set-up. There was a nice looking pool available but we didn't use it, prefering to go to the beaches instead. We would definitely book again, thanks Renelito.

The place is 2min walk to the beach. We have a great time. Near all the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's place. Super makakapag unwind talaga dahil secluded ang area plus may infinity pool that my family really enjoyed. Kahit malayo sya sa stations okay na okay kasi 1 ride lang ng etrike tapos pwede na tumambay at mag ikot sa stations then e-trike lang ulit pabalik. Convenient ang place dahil nakapagluto kami, may balcony pa for the view. Super worth it. If you want a place na malayo sa mataong lugar plus marerelax, I would really recommend Erica's place. Super worth it ang price for 4D3N. May heater din ang CR which is helpful sa mga seniors na kasama namin. Thank you for accommodating us! We'll love to come back to your place again!

The communication with the host was excellent. The maid at the accommodation (Manilou) was lovely also. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but the host fixed this straight away. The villa is private and down a narrow lane but our luggage was brought to the accommodation for us (extra service). Boracay is beautiful, lots of bars and restaurants to visit. The villa is away from the main area but just a trike ride away which Manilou was able to sort for us.

Loved this apartment and Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality so much that we decided to stay again. This place is peaceful, with a beautiful view—couldn’t find a better match for us. Thank you for the friendly communication and warm hospitality!

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

It was a great bnb to stay especially if you are planning on staying for a long period of time.

Apparemment très agréable, situé à deux pas de la White Beach station 3. L’endroit est très calme, il y a des restaurants sympathiques à proximité, je recommande pour des personnes qui veulent découvrir Boracay loin de l’agitation de la station 2.

Everything was smooth from Start to Finish. Easy to get into the accommodation because of the detailed instruction. Very responsive. Staff’s are very accommodating. Great place!
