Apartment vacation rentals in Station 2

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

Great space close to all the main water activities and such! Fast WiFi for working as well (300 mb/s during off peak and on peak was around 200 mb/s). Great host, very responsive :)

Peaceful Paradise in Boracay’s Station 3 Our stay in Station 3 was truly unforgettable. The location offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Just a short 2-minute walk to the pristine white sand beach, we enjoyed the serene atmosphere away from the crowds, yet had easy access to delightful dining options nearby. Our host, Marilyn, was exceptionally kind and helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided valuable local insights. The beach itself was breathtaking—powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Station 3's relaxed vibe made it an ideal spot for unwinding and soaking up the natural beauty of Boracay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in paradise. Very suitable for couples.

Bryan and the team were great! They were very responsive and accommodating. The place’s location was perfect and accessible to almost everywhere, very convenient for us. This was also my first time using AirBNB and they made the experience worthwhile.

It was a very relaxing and nice apartment hotel. The toilet was difficult to flush, and since Mr. Arinko and his family were indigenous people, we couldn't take food home. There were ants in the refrigerator, and it wasn't cold. There is no TV. Great location!! You can reach the beach in a short walk. We loved it. The price is also cheap, which is very helpful!! I want to stay there again.

Mar's place is really great.. it's walkable and unlike some places in Boracay Station 1 and 2 it's peaceful

We used this places as stopover before catching the ferry. When we arrived we were greeted kindly and the hosts made us feel comfortable and their place. The room is clean and tidy and all facilities are more than adequate. Thanks for a quick stay!

Beautiful building , the room was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing and the hot shower pressure was the best I've experienced anywhere in the Philippines. The California King bed was big and comfy. Nice balcony, also.

Our previous airbnb got us cancelled one day before check in . I was under pressure to find something for us 9 Persons. Luckily I found Lydias Residence, fast answer and fast help . If you need a relaxing stay in Boracay you are right here. If needed they even organize for you a Transport service (Airport - Port - Lydias and back) So you don’t have think about how to go there etc. The Host/Owner welcomes us personally what we appreciated. The contract Person Sir Joel will help you in everything you need, assist you if you want to go somewhere or just for buying groceries so you don’t have to pay the Tourists Prices. The Apartment is huge and can accommodate easily more than 9 people enough toilets and shower are available so there’s no falling in Line. AC in all rooms available, Wifi/TV/Washing Machine. No Sea view but not important for us. Big complete Kitchen and a rooftop available for Barbecue Sessions. Thank you for having us and for all the Help Hope we see you again

This place was everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! It was private, clean, and surrounded by fresh air, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The locals were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host and caretaker were super accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

This place is nothing short of absolute perfection! The best stay in the Philippines ever and this is my 3rd in the Philippines. Host was very courteous, accommodating, very professional, stellar communicator and great customer service skills. I am beyond impressed. Nicely decorated, immaculate, great location, safe, my only regrets was my short length of stay. I highly recommend this place, worth every penny and more. Oh, did I say, it was after I had briefly stayed at another local so called resort; that was a disaster. This was a breath of relieving air. Thanks Mariya!!

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

Located at the “back beach” is ideal for us. Interesting walks, not busy or noisy at night. The resort is small and staff very helpful. Room service offered and the little restaurant has some tasty food. The unit is large, comfy beds and ideal for a family with a couple of kids. Good powerful showers and effective aircon units. Ideal base camp for a vacation. Will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

We really love the place , ambiance and also how the owner communicate in regards with our concern. A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

It was a very, very perfect experience and I love everything here.Although there are only two bedrooms, the living room has a spacious double bed for use.The host was very kind and went out of his way to facilitate us.It is a 3-minute walk from the white beach, and the kitchen utensils are more complete than my home.It was just perfect, my family and I couldn't afford to leave and would stay here again if we had another chance to come to Boracay.
