The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable, well ventilated, a wonderful view of the sea. Everything was clean, new and working.

Very clean and tidy home. Location is good. Only negative point that the air-conditioning of one of the rooms was not working and in Aracaju the heat is very intense, generating discomfort.

I stayed at the flat for 3 nights, Paula was amazing, super proactive and attentive. Upon arrival we had a problem with the wifi, but the host did everything possible and solved it even on the holiday! The flat is exactly as described, small and cozy, perfect location (in front of the mall, close to parks, bakeries, markets, pharmacy…) for me, who was in Aju for the first time, this was a distinguishing characteristic! The condominium also has a good structure, with an elevator, fitness center and swimming pool. Nothing to complain about, I loved the stay and the reception!

We host myself, my husband and my son, and we just love the stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: cozy, clean and super complete. Luís was extremely attentive and always responded very quickly. The location is also excellent, in the evening we did everything by foot, by train or even by scooter, which are scattered around Atalaia. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Responsive and enjoyable host very nice environment, clean. Very important comfortable mattress. Swimming pool 5 minutes away with pond, games for children. just the downside, not easy to pay for electricity online.

Perfect Stay! Ewerton was super helpful and thoughtful from start to finish. House is exactly like in pictures, clean, with a great view and location. The beach is near walking, just across the street from the condominium, and also has a very good kiosk. Not to mention Aracaju does not require comment! I would recommend everything and would close deal with Ewerton again. Already waiting for the next opportunity to return 🙏🏻
