Beach house vacation rentals in State of Sergipe

The house is inside a gated community. Although there are no walls, there is privacy, tranquility and security. The location is wonderful, close to the beach we were walking. For those who do not have their own car pass bus in front of the condominium, I saw at various times, so it is easy to access. There is a supermarket and bakery, by car is not far away. Host Bruno is very attentive and helpful, responds quickly and gives instructions. The house is very cozy, two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, one is suite and the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds, 1 social bathroom. It was all clean. I would go other times for sure.

This home is simply sensational! Located on the edge of the Vaza Barris River, it offers a unique and quiet experience. The house is fully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and comfortable air-conditioned rooms, ensuring a pleasant night. The swimming pool and the access to the river are real differentials, I managed to fish in the river with a fishing rod provided by the house, the canoe tours that leave the Marina next door are a great option to explore the region. But what really made the difference was the hospitality of the owner, Wlademir. It was amazing, not only in relation to the house, but also in providing valuable indications about the best sights in the region. I recommend this home to everyone looking for a differentiated Airbnb experience in Aracaju. We'll be back for sure!

Laís was extremely helpful when we needed her. The apartment is well described, and has all the necessary accommodation for a stay. In our case, the trip was just me and my mom, so we had even more space. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the kitchen and laundry area are extremely spacious and pleasant. The TV is a very high point of the apartment, it seems to me that Laís has a chromecast, very practical for watching movies and series as a family. Points we really liked: the location, we are one block from the beach and very close to the tourist market, in addition if you have a car for the tours, as in our case, you leave the tumult of the watchtower and stay in a safe and quieter place, of similar quality and with a better cost-benefit; the television; the space of the apartment; and Laís' attention and care to serve us well. Points that can improve (suggestions): the living room sofa; the air conditioning in the second bedroom (power); an air conditioner in the living room would be amazing.

The house is wonderful, very comfortable! We could spend the whole day in it, the outdoor area is very pleasant, the pool is clean and very good, the water is warm at the end of the day, because the sun hits it, everything is very good! The accommodations are comfortable and the house was clean, in the kitchen the items they had met our needs. It was great! Mr. Elias was very nice and kind. We would definitely return to this house.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The location is simply perfect, with easy access to everything (on the same street there is a minimercardo and a restaurant) and two steps from the most beautiful waterfront in Brazil. It's a quiet and safe area, I had no worries about going out or coming back. At the residence, everything is well cared for. The two rooms are air-conditioned making the sleep more comfortable, the outdoor area is perfect and the pool makes all the difference on these hot days. About Chico, he was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs quickly. It is an ideal corner for both relaxing and enjoying with the family, which without a doubt, I recommend and hope to return soon. Ps: For the gate to fully close you must let it go to the end in the opening process.

The welcome by Leonardo's father and mother was wonderful. Everything is clean, the rooms are airy, the kitchen has all the utensils, the beach is very quiet, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach has waves. and the good thing is that it is next to Tambaqui, Praia do Saco, Ilha da Sogra, there are amenities nearby, about 2 km, and also two two from the house.

We really enjoyed our stay… Great location, pool every day goes through cleanliness, great restaurants close by. For sightseeing there are Dunas do Saco, Praia do Abais, Praia do Saco and many other beaches. Wonderful restaurants of Lagoa do Tambaquis, small markets nearby, beach in front of the deserted house, it was well worth it.

well worth it! We will return for sure!!! The house is great, airy, spaces. The condominium is super quiet and quiet! safe and beautiful! The beach in front has no tent, what we love!!!! but a 5 minute walk has several stalls. The host was super attentive and kind. The condominium has a very good pool. We went with two 3 and 5 year olds was perfect for them and for us. We even managed to rest. Local commerce nearby, but need a car, with market, pharmacy...the basics. finally they were days of rest in a beautiful place. only one thing! for those who do not like cat, do not go! the condominio and the house has several cats. do not bother but they are always at the tables and external space of the house. when we are outside they do not bother!
