Lucas is a very thoughtful, polite and quick respond host. The building is residential, so it is a simple and family environment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the bathrooms were clean and the bed and bath linens available were also very clean. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and works super well, in addition to the beds being quite comfortable. The location is good and close to the city's various malls. Check-in is super efficient which made our arrival very easy, which were from different people who arrived at different times. I recommend it!

This is the best airbnb in the capital in relation to the location and quality of the condominium. You'll be close to the main restaurants, bars, malls. It is in the heart of the east zone of Teresina, close to everything. Mariana (host) is very helpful and kind, the condominium has easy access. The apartment has a suitable space. It was quite worth it!.

Mr. Airton was very requested with me and my family, gave us clear and objective instructions; the accommodation is extremely pleasant, has air conditioning, very cozy, complete convenience, pity that we only spent one day, but I'm sure we will come back more often.

It's the fourth time staying in Dona Maria's space. She always receives me with attention and kindness. The space remains excellent! Very well located, it is possible to go on the waterfront, shopping in the center, all on foot. Internally the space is increasingly better equipped, with all the amenities for those who will stay in a longer precise stay: stove, refrigerator, airfry, microwave, pots, cutlery, blender. The internet works well for those who need to work. The room is refrigerated and comfortable for those who need to rest after a day of heat. Therefore, I keep recommending the space. And whenever I return I will continue staying in Dona Maria.

Cozy apto, all the same as the listing , easy location, one of the things that I liked quiet neighborhood and good location, host always responded to me quickly, I felt at home , I intend to come back other times.

We have had the pleasure of staying two nights in the accommodation and absolutely loved everything. Standing out most is the absolute impeccable service: We were picked up, received a thorough list of recommendations in the area (including the best food we have had in Brazil), and received help whenever needed. By example: We asked a month in advance whether it would be possible to barbecue at the place and once there, we received a proactive, spontaneous message from Gustavo that he had set up the barbecue outside for us. On top, the place itself was clean, had all necessary equipment, a full fridge upon arrival (!!!) and was very beautiful. In short: Absolute perfect stay with phenomenal price/quality/service ratio

Great location. It was super easy to find. The environment was clean. The house is spacious and has a huge parking area. The kitchen has household utensils: blender, pots, cutlery, etc. The house has fans and is well ventilated.

Thank you for everything !!! The cottage was perfect, clean, modern and with a large outdoor space. Just a 20-minute walk to Barra Grande beach. I highly recommend it 😀

I really enjoyed my stay! The cost-benefit is great, and Leo, who was the one who received us, is super proactive and polite. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and since the room was already vacant and tidy, he let us in without a problem. The location is close to the center but it is a walk of about 12 to 15 minutes. The surrounding streets are very dark, but the location is safe and has a police station very close by. The space is a good size, the bed is comfortable, it has air conditioning and has all the basic and essential kitchen utensils. In addition, the bed and bath linens, in addition to the rooms, were very clean and smelled good. I recommend it!!

Maria is a wonderful host! The apartment was extremely clean, organized and cozy. Super hot bed and bedding, well-functioning air conditioning throughout the home. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and dishes for everyday life. The building has a grocery store that serves very well the basics needed for a quick breakfast or dinner. Finally, Maria still pampered us with chocolat and cajuína. I recommend the experience to everyone!
