We had a great stay at the house! Everything was very well organized and the place is super cozy! From the beginning we were welcomed by the host already in the initial contacts by airbnb and her team. In addition, we were very well received by Bete, who prepared daily breakfast and delicious lunches! The beach is very quiet, has restaurants and options nearby, and you can relax a lot. The view from the house to the beach is amazing! I highly recommend it!

It was an amazing experience! Vinicius and his family welcomed us very warmly! The house is one of the best equipped, decorated and coziest that my family and I have stayed in. We didn't want for anything! Super recommended! I'll be back for sure!

O Lugar is charming. On the edge of the portinho lagoon the view is beautiful. 4 Very good rooms with new and powerful splits. Shower with strong water. 15 min from downtown. It has kayak with life jacket which was a separate fiverso for the child. I thank much the courtesy of the hostess, Mrs. Loisima. If I get another chance, I'll return for sure.

The place is even better than in the photos. Comfortable beds and super comfortable bedding as well. (In the photos a double bed has a different bed linen than the others, but upon arrival at the accommodation they were all in the same pattern, impeccable!) City Council have all the utensils you may need. On-site weather is very nice, very cold, we take advantage of the nets on the porch and the table in the outside area.

The stay exceeded expectations! Fernando has received us spectacularly… his kindness and generosity and family is from another WORLD. The chalet is exactly like the photos, comfortable, charming, functional, very well equipped and gorgeous. There are no adjectives to describe how much my girlfriend and I like staying at the chalet, it is super worth knowing and living days of rest there, the city is cool, good weather. And even it manufactures delicious liqueurs! You can go to enjoy it and don't have to worry about anything, from barbecue to the fireplace they provide so that the stay is as high as possible. We thank you for all care and zeal with us during our stay.

We liked the choice for the contact with nature that my mother loves, both for the hospitality and cost benefit offered by Mr. Fabrizio, represented by Mr. Avelar who welcomed us very well and gave us location tips that helped us a lot, the location is very central and we can get to know and revisit the most desired tourist spots such as Jeri, and Preá beach, to my surprise it has a nearby helipad, with accessible panoramic tours, super indicated Conrrado welcomed us very well! In short, we really enjoyed the stay, we have already recommended it to our family, and I thank Mr. Fabrizio and Mr. Avelar for hosting us and for an extra night as a bonus! Thank you!

Wonderful house, staff out of the ordinary . Although the house is very beautiful, wonderful pool, the coolest pool in the house was the staff. Always helpful, proactive, and helpful, they resolved EVERYTHING so that we didn't have the slightest concern . My only point is the suite at the top, very clear, air-conditioning can't handle it and we always wake up when the sun rises .

The view is the best in the world. According to what I was able to investigate, there is no Chalet higher than the Talhado (930 m). The location is very exclusive and quiet. The neighbor brought me milk, arugula, he was always hanging on me too. Best Airbnb in Brazil for me. Do not hesitate to contact the owner, he will always guide you. The temperature is perfect day and night.
