Marcos' house is in a great location, close to the Mall and the Park (less than 10 minutes). It has all kitchen utensils, barbecue and laundry. It was extremely clean, with smelling bed and bath linens. Cozy and spacious place, exactly matches the listing. Another facility that I and the group loved was the convenience at check in and checkout, which is done remotely. Extremely considerate host and respond quickly to all questions! We love the stay, we'll be back soon! I recommend it!

Karen is a great host, always available and with quick responses. The location is great, with great features and utensils, consistent with the listing and photos. The double bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air-conditioning is impeccable, clean and with excellent cooling. Next door is a gym where you can pay per day, great for short stays. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

Quiet place, with close trade, covered garage, exactly as in the pictures, air conditioning working well and hot shower. I really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

Noemia is a well of knowledge, creativity and generosity. In addition to the flexibility at check-in time, I was greeted with a breakfast that yielded a good chat until the end of the evening. I found exactly what I was looking for: tranquility and privacy. Noemia's apartment has everything you need for long stays: microwave, gas cooker and kitchenware, washing machine, comfortable double bed, in-room air conditioning and a very powerful internet.
