Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Happy Valley is located at the end of a peaceful 4 mile gravel road. If you are looking for a peaceful nature get away this is your place. This 4 bedroom, 1896 farm house, is nestled in a beautiful valley on Clear Creek. Farm is located 25 minutes from Ames and Marshalltown. Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.

For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.
