PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This compact studio offers a full kitchen and bathroom, outdoor seating overlooking our spacious garden, hens and cockerel and surrounding farmer's field. With easy access to trains into Central London and being close proximity to St Albans, Brocket Hall and Hatfield House, there is lots to do. Whilst it is in a secluded location off the A1, it is a 29 minutes train ride to London St Pancras International. Best served by car as there is limited pedestrian access.
