My flat is a bright and airy studio with a lovely high ceiling (11ft). It is an easy 3-min walk from Shire Business Park and a 15-min drive from the University of Hertfordshire so is perfect for a business trip. There's free parking around back and there is visitor parking at the front of the property. It's a ground floor flat and is open plan so is accessible to those with mobility needs. You’ll have access to all the essentials to make you feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at james place! easy check in, room as described, milk, tea coffee etc ..bed very comfortable bright airy, tv area with netflix disney...James is super friendly & Our stay was made extra special because of his cats, Elsa was a delight 😊 and we were allowed to see the kittens & cattery room, if you like cats it's heaven 💕 we will definitely be back thankyou x

We only used this place to stay the night and left early in the morning as part of our London trip, the location was good, the host was friendly and helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Sara’s place is an easy 15 minute walk from the train station, with amenities and attractions (like Hatfield House and Old Hatfield) also within walking distance. The room is as described, everything is very clean, and Sara is a very friendly and helpful host. Her dogs, Ascot and Ollie, are also very friendly and will make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!
