Apartment vacation rentals in Stalos

We had a really great time at the Rouladina Apartment. The apartment was clean, the view was great and the housekeeping service (though showing up a bit later than announced) was really good. The location was good as well, it‘s a rather quiet and peaceful area. The only thing that wasn‘t 100% to our satisfaction was the Wi-Fi connection. It worked best around the pool area but in our apartment (No. 6) it barely worked or worked very very slowly. All in all we were very happy with the accomodation, as well as the communication with the host. Thank you very much! :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé, propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’accès direct à la mer est un vrai atout, idéal pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée. L’hôte, qui habite juste en dessous, a été très accueillant et disponible. À noter toutefois : la route proche peut être bruyante en soirée, ce qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles au bruit. Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour votre accueil !

Quite simply one of the best places I’ve stayed on AirBnB, which is over a long time. The place is just about perfect, relaxed atmosphere, calm gardens - great cottage with superb views. A pool that they take great pride in (especially Nikolas’s father - and rightly so. He seemed genuinely upset when Sahara sand blew over but diligently went about getting it back to his exceptionally high standard). We arrived late, about 10:30 to a warm welcome and the chef happy to make us anything from the menu, the food is as good as anywhere locally. Very considered, well presented and served with genuine love. Everyone wanted to check my children were happy, and that all was well. Take a car so you can explore the beaches on the west of the island and we took a yacht for a day trip from Chania harbour, which was excellent fun. Really very good place Nikolas has built, his father - who is always around - is proud of his son and daughter, and I understand entirely why.

Wir waren komplett zufrieden. Zum Strand mit Kleinkind sind wir aber etwas weiter in den Ort gefahren , dort war der Strand nicht so steinig Und etwas breiter . Alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen, auf Kreta ist allerdings ein Auto nötig. Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht.

Polecam, Nassos jest bardzo komunikatywny, pomocny i serdeczny. Pomógł mi z lokalną wypożyczalnią z której miałem wypożyczony samochód z którym miałem problem a osoba na słuchawce nie do końca dobrze się ze mną potrafiła porozumieć w języku angielskim. Dziękuję za gościnę, doceniam pomoc i polecam Nassosa! ;)

1st AirBnb experience. Messaged host to arrange taxi transfer. Arranged promptly, taxi waiting and price as expected . Nektaria, a warm, friendly lady, there to greet us. Bottle of wine, cheese pie, cake, olive oil, vinegar and preserves waiting for us. Apartment amazing. Good security. Road outside busy but didn’t affect sleep. Screens on every window keep flies out, keep rooms cool, + air conditioning. Small amount of washing powder for use in washing machine / supplies for dishwasher. Internet worked well & TV (Greek channels). Clean white / beach towels, changed during stay. Introduced to family, warm welcome, hosts not intrusive, left to enjoy holiday, always available. Well stocked kitchen, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, chop board, knives, vegetable peeler, bottle opener, whisk, toastie maker, egg boiler.. Spotlessly clean. Alkion Supermarket below a massive bonus, open late. Good prices, friendly staff. Allocated spaces in large car park, never busy. Definitely recommended !

Nina and Rebecca were so helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was beautiful and a great location with waterfront access and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We travelled in late April before the restaurant was open and the pool was too cold to use, but we will definitely return to this wonderful stay when things are in full season.

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

So eine tolle Unterkunft! Stamatis war immer schnell hilfsbereit wenn man irgendwas brauchte. Es war alles Nötige da. Es ist eine tolle Gegend, schön ruhig und nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Würde immer wieder hinkommen🤗

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt, mit dem Auto kommt man gut an viele tolle Strände ohne extrem weit fahren zu müssen. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, es war total sauber und wurde sogar während unseres Aufenthaltes einmal sauber gemacht. Der Blick war total schön und auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken einfach mega! Einen kleinen Abzug muss ich geben, da das Bett ziemlich klein ist und die Wohnung auch sehr hellhörig ist… man hört leider alle Geräusche von draußen und auch von den Nachbarn… Wir hatten gott sei dank Glück, dass wir leise Nachbarn hatten, aber wenn eventuell Familien mit Kindern nebenan wohnen, könnte es etwas lauter sein. Trotzdem waren wir rundum zufrieden, der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben! Wir würden wieder kommen 🥹🥰

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a modern and very clean, however we found the kitchen was tiny for four. Had the weather been warmer we could have enjoyed our breakfast outside.

L'appartement est très propre et confortable, la vue est magnifique et le jardin offre un cadre très agréable. Tout était parfait : merci !!

Probably one of the most amazing places you’ll stay anywhere! The attention to detail when the unit was remodeled, and the furnishings and extras added to make your stay comfortable, are incredible. It is located right in the middle of a vibrant area full of outdoor restaurants, music, and shopping. The hosts are extremely responsive, we were late getting in but that was not a problem. During our stay we unfortunately encountered one of the red dust storms that Chania periodically receives, but they came the next day and cleaned the outer areas. We were lucky with the parking the first three nights, but for some reason the fourth night was a challenge however we did eventually find a garage about 15 minutes away. Also, I would not recommend the unit for younger children or someone unsteady on their feet as the stairs in the unit are quite steep especially to the roof, and there is no washing machine though a laundromat is just a few minutes walk. Would absolutely stay again!

Very nice villa with a private pool (in the middle of olive trees) close to the beach and 20 min away from Hania. We spent a wonderful time with our 2 children (4 and 1.5 years old). Helena is very welcoming and give you the best advice!! We recommend +++

Extremely beautiful and friendly!

Great stay, great location, great views. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Not too noisy at night. The only slightly negative aspect was the shower. Basically made the entire floor flooded. Overall, i would recommend the place and would definitely return.

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

We loved our week long stay. The suite both inside and out exceeded our expectations. The private patio and jacuzzi were superb! Our hosts were always available and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this place!

To przepiękny apartament, zaprojektowany z wyjątkowym smakiem. Przestronne i bardzo czyste wnętrze, piękna i bardzo funkcjonalna kuchnia, urokliwe patio z drzewkiem cytrynowym. Doceniłyśmy też bardzo wygodne łóżka, dostępną klimatyzację i wiatraki oraz dwie wygodne łazienki. Mieszkanie znajduje się przy cichej i spokojnej uliczce, ale wszędzie jest stamtąd blisko - zarówno do plaży Nea Chora, jak i do portu weneckiego, starego miasta, centrum etc. W bliskiej okolicy (kilka minut piechotą) są też duże markety spożywcze, takie jak Synka czy Sklavenitis. Kontakt z właścicielem jest doskonały. Nie było też głośno, o czym wspominali poprzedni komentatorzy - dzieci na górze chyba trochę dorosły, a psy się wychowały i nie było hałasów :). Drobne minusy do poprawy: w kuchni nie ma nawet solniczki i pieprzniczki - co zwykle jest standardem na Airbnb. Brak też herbaty, nie ma zapasu papieru toaletowego czy nawet worków na śmieci - trzeba się na to przygotować :).

Wir waren im Juni als Familie in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Der Empfang von Stella war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stella war sehr freundlich und erklärte uns alles. Stella hat uns frisches Obst und viele andere Leckereien im Kühlschrank als Willkommens Geschenk hinterlassen. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Die Terrasse mit dem wahnsinnigen Ausblick war der Hammer. Von Olivenbäumen, Stadtblick und Meerblick war alles dabei. Es sind allerlei Tiergeräusche zu hören, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hochwertig. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Stella war immer erreichbar und war sofort zur Stelle als wir sie gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 Auto Minuten entfernt. Ca 7 min entfernt, gelangt man schon an schöne Tavernen direkt am Meer. Ganz große Empfehlung für diese tolle Unterkunft! Danke Stella

We had the pleasure of staying at Pavlos’s suite for part of our honeymoon in Chania! Pavlos very warmly greeted us upon arrival and was there for ANY questions we had. The unit is located in a beautiful part of the old port and we had SO much fun exploring. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Super gite, très bien décoré, incorporé dans un petit hôtel avec des hotesses à la reception particilierement adorables. Belle terrasse avec jolie vue, ideale pour le soir avec le jacuzzi. (baignoire balnéo) Ménage fait tous les jours, très bonne literie. confort parfait. Emplacement parfait pour profiter de Sougia (8 min en voiture) Taverne à Moni excellente.
