Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten km to central Malmö. Two km to the nearest shopping center with a large grocery store, gas station, shopping, and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in under 15 minutes.

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

The guest house consists of a studio in its own house with a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with coffee table, as well as a cooking area with stove, oven, small fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Luxurious toilet with shower in the cabin. Patio with access to barbecue is included. Max 4 people are suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning and sheets are included. Parking on the property. Charging of electric car for a fee. Use of pool and sauna for a fee.
