Vacation rentals with a patio in Stadtbezirk 1

the apartment was in top condition, beautifully furnished and very clean. the two bathrooms were very convenient for 5 people. the bedrooms are large and cozy. the communication was straightforward and inquiries were always answered quickly. we would love to go back anytime.

Osman always responds very quickly and has provided us with a beautiful accommodation, definitely worth it and is only about half an hour by train from Düsseldorf main station :D

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

The place was as in the pictures and in a nice quiet area. Beautiful kitchen, very clean and orderly. Düsseldorf city center can be reached in about 1 hour by public transport and there are many possibilities to go shopping in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated the beautifully decorated modern and new space. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom with heated floors and towel rail was such a bonus! The kitchen was kindly stocked with delicious goodies and essentials like milk and coffee- a real treat after a long trip from the USA. Our host was extremely kind and responsive. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back, thanks so much!

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house in which Simone herself lives. The surroundings are very quiet, in the immediate vicinity are bus stop, bakery and a kiosk. The apartment is very nicely decorated and everything was very clean. Simone was always very friendly and onsite at check-in. We were there on very hot days and the apartment was still pleasantly cool. We would definitely come back.

It was super, easy check in, good contact with Tina. Accommodation was clean and exactly as in the pictures. Friendly welcome package. When we had problems with our car, Tina and her family helped us with address details where we could go. Certainly subject to repetition!

We were warmly welcomed and were able to sleep peacefully. Alessandra even baked us a banana bread, we were very happy about it. Clear recommendation!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

I stayed with a friend for a Japan Day visit to Düsseldorf.The property has two floors and the accommodation was comfortable.The main bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, and the other room has 4 small beds.The hotel right next to the property is the reception, and they will help you with key handover and anything you need.I want to use it again.

Super nice hosts, helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is very nicely located and beautifully designed. I highly recommend staying here. Certainly my "place to be address" for traveling to Düsseldorf.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Tiny house with everything you need. Especially the kitchen utensils were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (after all very quiet) street, without greenery and vis a vis with the landlords was not so attractive. Under the roof, it can get very warm in the summer.

Super nice, large and modern furnished apartment with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment! Food and public transport connection as described in the description. Despite its central location, super quiet. However, it should be noted that the second bedroom can only be reached via a quite steep and narrow staircase, which can also be seen in the pictures, and therefore in my opinion is not suitable for mobile-limited and elderly people (however, the other bedroom is located on the first floor and is easy to reach). Host Daniela responds quickly to messages and answers all questions in a friendly and comprehensive manner. She was also able to give us some tips for exploring the city.😊

Excellent, I've been to several Airbnbs and I've never been to one like this. Everything was perfect. The service was better than in a hotel and the apartment was much better than in the photos. An amazing view and very easy access to Messe Düsseldorf. (Convention Center) I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was nice, nice rooms, very nice bathroom, and a balcony. Especially cosy a nights, and with a nice natural light during daytime. Great communication with the owner. We would stay in the apartment again.
