Detached house with garden centrally located in Ulsteinvik. I took over the home after my grandparents, and I love the property with rose-painted birdhouses and peculiar decorations. Partially renovated interior with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

Hi. We will rent out our private house mainly in the summer, but other weekends/times may be available, just get in touch if you see that the weekends are not open for rent. Very nice and big house in Volda, here you get views of beautiful mountains and fjords, morning sun and evening sun. Short distance to the spectacular Sunnmørsalpene. Here you can put on your hiking boots and walk straight to the mountain from the house. Large outdoor area with terrace, trampoline, sandpit. Great for kids. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

Beautiful courtyard. The courtyard consists of a main house, a fire house, a pantry and a garage converted into an apartment. All buildings are in top condition and newly renovated. The old firehouse that is rigged for late evening hours with live fire in the fireplace is an experience in itself. There is also a sauna that can be enjoyed. The place is undisturbed and close to the lake. There is a private beach that is secluded. There are also opportunities to meet the animals on a modern farm that is located right next to it.
