Chalet on the banks of the Saint-Maurice River, admire the river through its large windows, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, warm comfort, wood stove in the open area, heated floors, 2 heat pumps, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 very comfortable beds and in the basement, table games and a TV with several DVDs. On the estate there are several activities, go see the alpacas, horses, access to a private beach, 5 km trail, 2 waterfalls and a cascade etc.

Peaceful 2-story cottage on the shores of Lac des Américains in the municipality of Lac-aux-Sables. Windowed facade with terrace overlooking the lake.
