I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

All went well. Very comfortable stay. Home was clean with clear instructions to everything we needed. Although the pool was small, we enjoyed it. Jess did a good job of communicating with us and kept us informed throughout our stay.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We stayed here with our almost-2-year-old for a few days and had a great time. The house was clean and smelled nice. We felt right at home. The kids’ toys and books were perfect and kept our daughter entertained whenever we were at the house. The pack-n-play was set up when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a late flight. There were tons of extra blankets and towels, including enough beach towels for a couple days. Linda was super helpful with suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely stay in Indian Rocks Beach! So wonderful to see so many homes and businesses back on their feet. The beach was spectacular and the sunsets were magnificent. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive which we really appreciate. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

My family and I had a great stay at the guest house. Laurel had everything we needed with traveling with a 9 months old. My son who is three keep saying how much he loved it there he keeps asking if we can visits the farm again. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing beautiful stay by Tampa.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The home was very clean and spacious. Just minutes from the beach and we were provided with beach chairs, towels, etc...I would definitely recommend this home for your stay! Craig has great communication and will assist you quickly.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Tom was great and the house was wonderful! Couldn’t have been closer to the beach and came with any amenity you’d ever need.

A friend and I unfamiliar with the area spent one night to attend a concert. The place was as described. It had off street parking. Was quiet and comfortable. St. Petersburg was charming. It was in a historic area with some brick streets and alleys. Beautiful homes large and small. A vibrant area with access to so much. Loved it.

Laura’s rental was wonderful! She had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, house was clean and very comfortable. The description matched exactly what we got when we checked in. She was quick with communication and addressed the only issue we had very quickly. We will rent her space again when visiting the area.

I absolutely enjoyed the stay and will recommend Alice and Becky to friends and family. The appartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen fully equipped. We had plenty of clean towels for the bathroom and the beach and there was beach chairs and beach umbrella available to us if we needed to use it. Alice is super nice and responds to every text in a timely manner willing to accommodate us in every way. We appreciated that so much through our two weeks stay. We would definitely would stay there again.

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

We had the perfect stay, from the accommodations to the location, our families were extremely comfortable and relaxed! The host was courteous and communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even brought our boat, which was an incredible touch and allowed us the opportunity to explore the area by water, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!
