Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.

It's a sweet spot to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away or launch a kayak, take a walk, enjoy great food cuisine. We sit next to St. Mary's College of MD and Historic St. Mary's City. Thoughtfully, furnished studio apartment located on the ground level of a three-story townhouse in the desirable Wildewood neighborhood. This unit has a full size bed, a kitchenette complete with a stove and a toaster oven. A medium size fridge, and lots of cooking items. A brand new TV will allow us to relax after a long day. Finally a full bath and two large closets complete the space.

Never rented an Airbnb before. Was amazed how easy it was, the place was perfect for my needs. Al was responsive when I contacted him, always kind and courteous. Decided to rent another one of his locations after my time at this one ended. Looking forward to it. Place was clean, accessible, private, easy to reach and I truly enjoyed myself. Will recommend his rentals to family and friends.

Julie’s place was exactly as described. It was such a beautiful and peaceful spot to be. Julie gave us a list of recommendations which helped tremendously as this was our first time in Lusby! The kitchen was beautiful, so was the living room space. The only downside was the shower, it’s quite small, but everything else makes up for it!!!

Comfy place to stay the night. Great large space with updated large shower. Access to common areas which we didn’t need as only there for the night. We would just have liked a secure door into the room. Didn’t seem like anyone else was staying at the time.
