We are unaffected by load-shedding due to our newly installed solar-powered system. The Piet-My-Vrou holiday home is a 3 bedroom house with a large open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and box freezer. The living room opens up to a covered verandah with seating, tables and chairs. The garden is fenced with a shared swimming pool. The bedrooms have two three-quarter beds in each room. There is one full bathroom and one en-suite. AC's in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Quoted rate is for up to 2 people, the unit can sleep 4. Any more than 2 people, then the extra fee of R250pppn applies.

We had a fantastic time at Galago Bush camp. It was exactly what we were looking for - an experience of camping in the bush with simple comforts. Once we knew the route it was quick and easy to get to the beach, and lovely to come back for a refreshing outdoor shower and shade under the trees. We also enjoyed the bush babies, butterflies and birds. Thank you so much Barbara and Leon!

Bianca was a super host. The apartment was super clean and serviced daily by a super crew of helpers. The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the beach. The only issue which is no fault of Bianca or anybody really are the monkeys!!!!!!!!! They invaded the balcony of the apartment which made the space unusable. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend the apartment.

Jörg and Gisela's place was just great. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The room is large and spacious. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and coffee and tea The bathroom has enough storage space and there is actually an extra towel to dry your hands. The garden is a dream, there are several ways to sit comfortably. And best of all, the hosts are warm and open-minded. The stay was way too short. We would come back anytime. Breakfast is fantastic.
