São Lourenço MG - Excellent Location 2 bedrooms

The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

We offer a Chalet overlooking the waterfalls and mountains, with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. We can accommodate couples, groups, and families. Inside the place, close to the chalet, we have a river of drinking and crystal clear water! In times of rains, we indicate 4x4 transfer, which can be combined in part. Welcome!!

Enjoy the best of the water circuit with convenience and comfort! Note: There is no child safety net on the windows.

The Boa Vista Building is very well located. It is in front of the lake of Parque das Águas de São Lourenço, close to the City Hall and the Carrossel supermarket. The apartment is in the background and on the 1st floor, so you cannot see the Park. In any case, it has brand-new furniture and utensils to make guests feel good on their trip.
